The time of delivery

Typically, we deliver immediately available items within five to eight business days.

We are responsible for the shipping costs of the items sent and the costs associated with packing.

How do I track my order?
To check the delivery status of the order, review the shipping confirmation received via email. For each package sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to the confirmation message. Once the order is confirmed, the confirmation will be sent to you as soon as it is shipped.

Can I change the delivery address of the confirmed order?
Unfortunately, subsequent changes to the shipping address cannot be made. The order will be processed immediately, so we cannot guarantee any changes. If the specified shipping address is not found, or if your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Once we receive and confirm your return, we will pay you the appropriate amount using the payment method chosen at the time of the order.
