You have the right to return the goods within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
How do I send a return?
We accompany each shipment with a delivery note and all necessary return documents. For return purposes, you can use the attached return label and return slip.
In exceptional cases, your order may be delivered in more than one package. When returning goods, make sure that the package contains only the items mentioned in the delivery note. Without it, distribution and refund will take some time. If multiple return packages are sent, there is no additional charge:

If you no longer have these documents or the return label is no longer available, you can easily download and print these documents from your customer account:
1. Use your email address and password to log in to our website.
2. In the top menu, click Your Name.
3. Select the Customer Account TAB to view an overview of the order, and then select the order to return.
4. Select the “Return” box and select the relevant item.
5. Then click Create Return To generate, download, and print the return and return labels. After examining the returned items, the invoice amount will be returned to your account using the payment method you used at the time of the order. Please make sure that you return the item to us in the received status.
Please Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return & refund process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy). Please do not send the goods back without our consent and no money will be refunded. After 30 days we will not take it back.

Is it possible to exchange returned items directly?
Unfortunately, there is no direct exchange of returned items. Upon receipt and confirmation of your returned items, we will pay you the appropriate amount using the payment method chosen at the time of the order. If you want to receive this item in another size or color, please place a new order.
How can I get a refund?
The credit is always paid using the payment method of your choice. If payment is made by credit card, we will refund the amount of the returned item directly to your credit card account. If you pay through PayPal, the credit will be credited to your PayPal account.
How long does it usually take for my returns to be refunded?
Once we have received and verified the returned goods, the credit facility corresponding to the invoice value will be returned to you within 14 days using the payment method you chose at the time of the order.
Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?
a. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised. For the return under this condition we will pay the return shipping fee.
